Privacy requests

For access, correction or deletion requests, email [email protected] with the subject “Wildpal privacy request”. To make a data protection complaint, use the subject “Wildpal data protection complaint”. We acknowledge those complaints within 30 days; see the Privacy Notice for the process.

Accessibility and reasonable adjustments

If you cannot use part of Wildpal or need information in a different format, email [email protected] with the subject “Wildpal accessibility request”. We will consider a reasonable adjustment or another way to help.

Safety reports

For a safety concern or suspected breach of the Community & Safety Rules, email [email protected]. Include enough detail to identify what concerns you, such as a link, experience name or date and time. To complain about how we handled a report, reply to the same email thread or email the same address with the subject “Wildpal safety complaint”. This is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger in the UK, call 999 or 112.
